Archived - completed projects. May only have one status.
Lost - for proposals never converted to projects. Statuses can be “No Response”, “Lost to Competitor”, etc.
You can add your own statuses under the appropriate stages. Proposal Stage could have “Research & Prep”, “Estimating”, and “Sent to Client” as statuses to show the pipeline of potential projects.
Qfactor allows you to add placemarks to project statuses to make them easy to identify on the embedded Google map of your company’s projects.
Stages and statuses should follow a progression, sequence of events, from incoming call to paid invoice. Proposals come first, then Active projects, Invoiced, and Archived. As you create statuses within each stage, Qfactor lets you drag statuses to reorder them in the sequence of events.
